Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads with the aim of creating more contracts
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sale plan
  • Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver presentation to the client, have researched their business and requirements
  • Work on sales follow-up activities
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through successful
  • Project completion and achieving promised target commitments
  • Assure excellent customer service by meeting all client needs appropriate to their business
  • Generate B2B collaborative opportunity that provide advantages to clients

  • Perform market research and analysis

  • Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support
  • Develop and maintain marketing budget

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven background in business development and/or sale at a CRO or life science service company
  • 3-5 years sales experience in the field
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven track record of B2B sales
  • Ability to identify potential clients based on biotech public information
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence
  • Skilled at negotiating and closing deals with clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and performance will be a requirement
  • Financial management ability to develop business case models for ROI
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs

  • Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
  • Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, spreadsheets and presentations, as directed
  • Compiles basic information, reports, and business proposal relevant to client inquiries
  • Maintains electronic and paper filing systems
  • Maintains calendars, schedules and time-off schedules.
  • Coordinates meetings including reserving meeting rooms, audio/visual equipment, catering and other resources as needed
  • Ability to conduct online research on different topics, companies, and news using social media and other web tools.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise judgment and discretion

To keep pace with our growing consultancy we are excited to bring a Research Consultant into our team. We are looking for:

2. Able to conduct high quality research

4. Able to develop and deliver polished PowerPoint presentations

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of projects across a broad portfolio of evidence synthesis and research projects.
  • Support the execution of projects across a broad portfolio of evidence synthesis and research projects.
  • Support systematic literature reviews, including the screening of studies for inclusion and the extraction of data.
  • Assist with deliverable creation; contribute to writing and copy-editing of all client deliverables; implement quality control checklists to ensure consistency in output; handle version control when iterating with clients.
  • Provide administrative support including coordinating project meetings; creating project folders; handling project archiving and keeping files organized; assisting with monitoring project team timelines; and tracking deliverables.
  • Support project meetings by hosting and running meeting for internal and external meetings; attending meetings to document action items and key takeaways; copy-editing presentation materials.
  • Provide scientific support to the review and interpretation of study results.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and provide insights on strategic development pathways
  • Contribute to the design of clinical studies

Qualifications

  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research

  • Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific writing skills
